Tassel Love

You know when you're browsing online and you stumble across something and your jaw drops and you're overcome with that feeling of "I wannnnnt it!" - that was me when I saw these amazing new tassel pieces from Bauble Bar.

My favorite two pieces - the Festival Tassel Strands and the Cape Town Bracelet Set are from their new guest bartender collection Ale by Alessandra. They are the most perfect summer jewelry items I could  ever imagine. Gah. The tassel bracelet is also part of the collection, and I am loving this Fluoro Fringe necklace, too!

In other words, GIVE ME ALL THE FRINGE AND TASSELS - er, when it comes to gold and pink jewelry, I guess.

Jewels

1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9

During the holidays we tend to break out the bling a little more often than usual. If it's over the top and super sparkly and makes a major statement, it's perfect for holiday time. But now that the holidays are behind us, I find myself taking notice of  more delicate pieces. While these may be a little more feminine and delicate, they are still super detailed and interesting and are still very striking in their own way. I'd love to add any and all of these to my collection!

The oversized pearls are so fun, I love the statement they make while still being so simple. Jules Smith keeps grabbing my attention lately it seems, which is a-okay with me because her pieces are also super affordable. I've been a long time fan of House of Harlow and this gorgeous bracelet is no exception (available within Canada through simons.ca and local gals, Silver Daisy in Saint John has a great collection!) and I'm also lovvvving all of these fun stud earrings.

How about you? Do you keep sporting major bling after the holiday party season has ended or do you switch it up to something else?

White & Gold

While jewelry is obviously something we wear year round, it's always nice to freshen up your jewelry collection when spring rolls around - we can ditch the scarves, long sleeves, and gloves and start better showcasing our pretty accessories! I'm a gold girl through and through, and love the idea of mixing in white and gold combos for spring, with a little bit of sparkle for good measure!

How do you plan to freshen up your jewelry collection this spring? Anything in particular you're dying to add?

Annnnd, Happy Valentine's Day, my darlings! I love you all for your love & support and am sending lots of virtual hugs & kisses. Enjoy your day!

Glitz

I have been realizing lately that I am missing a few key pieces/categories in my wardrobe. One of those major categories is jewelry! I have a few pieces that I wear all the time, but really need to work on growing my collection. Here is a little bit of inspiration, as much for me as it is for you!
