Plaid + Red

I go through phases in between seasons - right after Christmas I felt so done with all the red I had been wearing (mostly in the forms of nails & lips!) and wanted nothing more than bright punchy pinks and other spring-like colors. Now as spring is approaching (slowwwwwly as it may be, but it is!) I feel like I need to get the last few wears out of my super wintery clothes. I also thought it was high time I showcase this awesome plaid scarf which hasn't made a blog appearance yet but is oh so cozy and perfect. These photos don't show it but the snowbanks are higher than my head in a lot of places and it felt like an appropriate week to bring back my winter staples!
